This is therapy that works at the level where patterns actually shift.

The work integrates insight, nervous system regulation, and embodiment so that change is not only understood intellectually, but experienced physiologically.

We may work with:

  • Nervous system responses that keep you anxious, shut down, or on high alert
  • Core beliefs about yourself formed in unsafe or overwhelming environments
  • Body-based patterns linked to emotional eating, people-pleasing, dissociation, or collapse

There are no scripts, formulas, or generic advice. Sessions are responsive, relational, and grounded in what is happening now.

This work is built on:

  • Safety before exposure
  • Choice rather than pressure
  • Change that your body can sustain

You do not need fixing. You need support that respects how your system learned to survive.
