Blending Science & Soul – I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy with Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness to create a personalised path to healing.

Holistic Healing – True well-being involves the mind-body connection. Our thoughts and emotions directly influence our physical health, as words create chemical changes in the body that impact the nervous system. Negative self-talk and unresolved emotions can manifest as stress, anxiety, or even illness. Through nervous system regulation, vagus nerve activation, and somatic work, I help you release stored trauma, restore emotional balance, and cultivate inner peace, wholeness and self-acceptance.
